Terms and Conditions for Accessing Compliance Documents

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure The documents contain sensitive and proprietary information. By accessing these documents, you hereby agree to uphold strict confidentiality and to refrain from disclosing, sharing, or distributing them to any third party without obtaining prior written consent from Majesco.

3. Permitted Use The Documents may be utilized exclusively for the purpose of evaluating Majesco's security and compliance posture in relation to a legitimate business relationship. Any other forms of use, including, but not limited to, commercial exploitation or competitive analysis, are expressly prohibited.

4. Restrictions You agree not to: - Modify, alter or create derivative works based on the Documents. - Publish, distribute or publicly disclose any part of the Documents. - Use the Documents for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with Majesco's policies and legal obligations.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property All rights, titles and interests in the documents remain the exclusive property of Majesco. No rights or licenses are conferred upon you except as explicitly delineated in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Security Measures You must take reasonable measures to protect the Documents from unauthorized access, copying or misuse. If you become aware of any security breach related to the Documents, you must notify Majesco immediately.

7. No Warranty The Documents are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability Majesco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Documents.

9. Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the access and use of the Documents.

10. Termination Majesco reserves the right to revoke access to the Documents at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to Majesco, without consideration of any principles relating to conflicts of law.

I represent and warrant that at all times I will have the full power and authority to accept the Terms & Conditions and NDA on behalf of my organization.
